The United States Small Business Administration helps aid, counsel, assist and protect small business interests. This site is an ideal resource to help your small business development.

If you are a women-owned business, you can also find links to women’s business centers for training and counseling services.

The CCR

As a government vendor, you can register your business information for the entire Department of Defense. This small business resource site was created so that you no longer have to register your business information with multiple DoD websites. The CCR is a single site where you can register your company information if you are interested in government contracting.

FirstGov

Visit this U.S. Government web portal to find government information, categorized by topic. You can research local government topics, state government topics, data, statistics, laws, regulations, and even get FirstGov email updates and newsletters. This will be useful to add to your small business resources.

House of Representatives - Small Business Committee

Review legislation involving assistance to and protection of small businesses. You will find small business facts, including information on women- & minority-owned enterprises, the role of small business in federal funding, and more.
